Hi Members
Welcome back, we hope you’ve had the chance to get out on the course in the past week, there have been some superb days. Even last Sunday - which had howling gales and lashings of rain - was much nicer out at Karori KC.
It’s worth remembering the course is well protected from the westerly. And if it all goes to hell in a golf bag, there’s still Anna and George in the clubhouse to provide food and a good watering.

MEN'S INTERCLUB TRIALS
It's that time again in the year when we are working out teams for 2021. We have generated a lot of interest in interclub over 2020 and our teams have had success.
Due to this, and the positive survey response we have entered another interclub team. If you are interested in playing other courses (for free), and improving your game, interclub is the way to do it. We had a great year in 2020 with a first, a second and a third so there’s a real buzz going on.
For 2021 we have Div 2, 5, 8 and 11 teams entered. We have set dates for the Interclub trials and have tried to spread these over November/December and January to allow for maximum participation. Remember to put these dates in your calendar. More details will follow with entry details.

KARORI CUP
Club Day on a Sunday has shown an increase in participation which is a positive spin and with days like we’ve had this week what other place would you want to be?
The Karori Cup is a year-long event based on Stableford Competition on Sundays. All you need to do to enter is hit "YES" for Club Day.
At the end of the November we will be calculating the best 10 stableford rounds from each player to find out 2020 Karori Cup winner. There is definitely still plenty of time to get those good score cards coming in!
MATT'S MESSAGE
The green staff are spending time working on the surrounds and fertiliser to ensure some spring growth. We ask that players please refrain from taking carts/trundlers close to the fringe so heavy traffic areas can have time to rejuvenate.
Try to avoid heavy traffic areas with carts and trundlers!

SCORECARDS
