Good morning golfers
Despite the really inclement weather any hardy soul who wishes to have a hit today may play the front nine only until further notice.
The front nine greens have been cored but not sanded.
They will be very bumpy and very slow (most likely).
The greens staff are unable to sand the front nine greens until the weather improves which is looking like sometime next week when the weather is supposed to be improving.
For those involved in the club championships, the back nine is open to you to complete your current matches. It is hoped that the full course will be open for the semi finals and the remainder of the quarter finals (see my email to club champ players sent yesterday).
A Captain's Corner will follow later today.
